About the artist
Catherine Tolstoy Arapoff Struve used her unmarried name, Arapoff, in her profession as an artist. She studied at the Massachusetts College of Art, the Boston Museum School of Fine Arts, and Newton College of the Sacred Heart.
Her works were acquired by corporate and private collectors. She exhibited in solo and group shows, including shows at the Soho Center for Visual Arts, New York City; the Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum, Ridgefield, Connecticut; the Window Box Gallery, New York City; the Mussavi Art Center, New York City; and the Botolph Gallery, Boston, Massachusetts.
